We hope you love your new handmade leather good! But in the off chance that you don't, we offer returns as exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order. We are a small business and appreciate the support of this tight policy!
If you have an issue with the product you received, please contact us right away! Sometimes we make mistakes, and that's okay!
If you are hoping to exchange for a specific item, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item as your exchange is processed.
We offer limited quantities of color/size and cannot guarantee the item will always be available. If you need to hold an item while you wait for exchange, please reach out!
