July Recap

Oh July! She came quickly and is leaving just the same. July has been a HOT and busy month in the studio! I took some time at the beginning of the month to plan out the rest of the year, dig into costs/numbers and figure out how to have a successful Holiday season with a baby getting born right in the heat of it- any tips??? Plz send my way :)

I’ve added a part-time production assistant to my team and slowly learning how to prep and make Baqette products, which allows me to focus on new bags and the planning portion/everything else attached to this business.

Thursday we launch a collab that’s been a year in the making: the Party Bucket! I teamed up with @lawnparty to create a special accessory that will jazz up this bag and make it complete. I’m so stoked to share it with you! It is also my first bag sold WITH a strap, still convertible and very easy to pack and travel with.

A few things to look forward to in coming weeks:
⁃ Instagram story sale of seconds/almost perfect pieces
⁃ Big sale on the Caro Cardholder! The pricing will increase from $34 to $44 in August and the current plated keyring is getting an upgrade to brass. This is an item we realized needed a pricing change due to cost increases.
⁃ The Mini Halfie is also increasing in price but I’ll give you a chance to purchase at its current $78 price point, this one is only bumping up to $82!
⁃ Popping up in Louisville at @mademarket August 5, Columbus Flea August 6, and Marmalade Lily August 11!
⁃ A very fresh big batch of Baqette is not at @manitoucandleco in Columbia Tusculum!
⁃ I’ll be taking a week to head to Michigan at the end of August for an overdue beach visit!
